Review :

Page Kennedy, the funny guy from the vines? Yup.  The guy from Weeds? Yup.  The guy from Blue State Mountain? Yup. The guy with the bars? Yup.

Most people may be confused by that last statement, but if you have been paying attention the last few months, you would know Page Kennedy definitely has bars.  Hailing from Detroit, Page has stood right next to some of the most elite emcees in the game from Royce Da 5’9 to D12 to King Los.  If you dig a little deeper though, this elite lyricism wouldn’t shock you.  Before the vines, tv shows & movies, Page Kennedy opened concerts for Ice Cube, Method Man & Redman, Eric Sermon, Keith Murray and a little known emcee bye the name of Notorious B.I.G. (CRAZY RIGHT!).

Recently Page dropped his album “Torn Pages” a 14 track lyrical onslaught.  If you thought you were going to get jokes and goofy bars, well i’m sorry, you’re dead wrong.  Page let’s you know from the start that comedy just kind of happened and this is his re-introduction to show everybody what he has.

Going toe-to-toe with Royce Da 5’9 & King Los, a feature most people would lack in, Page stands tall with lines like “That hot fire, like when they let Curry Shoot alot/Have you change lives with Tupac, and you got shot

Overall don’t sleep on Page one bit, expect to hear more, expect to see more, a spot is being sought out after and Page is gunning for it.
